Areas of Support
1. Medical crisis and support – Infrastructure
a) Oxygen concentrators – Rural districts and certain cities
b) Medical Consumables – Doctors for You and other centres
c) Medicines- Crucial for blood thinning
2. Medical personnel engagement
a) Stress relaxing – Games and alternate engagement
b) Nutritious Food
c) Accommodation
3. Food Crisis – Rural India – Daily wage labourers, field labourers, returned migrants – construction, office helps, gym instructors etc.
4. Vaccination – Incentivization – Discount, food etc.
Medical Crisis Support Infrastructure - Team present: Shyam, Zia, Bela and Rajashri
Problem Definition – Oxygen Crisis – Infrastructure crisis- Consumables crisis
Short term – We work on 1-2 weeks now – Total Fund requirement – Rs. 25,00,000
1. Oxygen Concentrators – Fund raise for 20 oxygen concentrators for Rural Maharashtra districts- Rise Infinity Foundation and another 5 oxygen concentrators for Doctors for you.
2. Medicines – Work with Pharma companies to get medicines for the centres operated by Doctors for you
Long Term – We work beyond 2 weeks
1. Tie up with hospitals for places for Doctors – Connect with fraternity to understand need
2. Oxygen Cylinders – Work on logistic support
3. Work with Nightingale for delivery and return of oxygen concentrators should we be able to mobilize sizable numbers

Resources needed : Volunteers to fund raise, coordinate social media posts and coordinate procurement and distribution. Fund raise is a challenge here.

2. Nutrition packs – Nutrition packs for doctors in terms of protein bars, fruits and nuts, fun foods etc.
3. Consumables – Work with Doctors for your to identify what consumables are needed in what quantity in which centre and fund raise for the same

1. Wellness helpline – Working with trained volunteers who can talk to doctors and help them vent and prioritise
